The year 2015 is officially over, and once again we have compiled our list of typically the most popular articles and posts of the year! We had some fun-filled experiences to recap in 2015, from hiking naked in the mountains to finding the hidden unclothed beaches of Israel. These recap posts received a lot of hits, as did our interviews with two creative female photographers whose jobs focused on the body. Of course an article about NYC Body Painting Day was a big hit too. Though you will never guess what our #1 post was Check out the complete top 10 list below.

Artist and photographer Soraya Doolbaz shot the greatest dick pics of 2015 hands down (and manhood up! .. sorry..could not resist). Her amusing, irreverent Dicture Gallery captured quite a lot of focus, and it was so much fun to interview her about male nudity, cock pic etiquette and more on my site.
4. Nude Hiking and Skinny Dipping Review
Our unclothed hiking and skinny-dipping trip to the mountains of southern New York was undoubtedly a highlight of the nudie season a year ago! Over 40 people showed up on a gorgeous weekday in June for an hour hike up the mountain followed by comfortable sunbathing and skinny dipping in the cool, clean lake. 3. Why I'm Getting Naked and Painted
This past summer we had our 2nd annual NYC Body Painting Day with Andy Golub. This larger-than-life event had double the quantity of artists and models in the previous year and attracted thousands of folks from all over. Nicolette composed a fantastic story about modesty, body image and why she determined to be a part of NYBPD.

Inspired by this podcast episode, I determined to some of my own research into the pageant happening to determine why it started and whether it really fit in with naturist worth at the time. This podcast review and article was the result.
Happily the pageants finished at some stage during the 1980's or 90's! You will find still plenty of old photographs of them online.
Part of the reason this post has gotten a great number of views is that nudist beauty pageant and similar phrases are frequently searched for online. While I'd hope that some are in search of information, one might reasonably conclude that most are looking for naked titillation. And so the naturist beauty pageants continue to attract precisely the same bunch they consistently did! (But better they land on our educational website than one of those naturist picture-peddler sites - you are able to read what I think about those inmy post about nudist image websites.)

Any Actual Family Nudist Resorts in the Mid-Atlantic Region?
We would like to see a family naturist resort with our two sons, ages 17 and 13. They'd be willing to go only if there are a group of other young children or teens there.
What are some of the naturist resorts in the Mid Atlantic area that commonly have a large number of kids my sons' ages? I went to one before that promised to be naturist family-oriented but I reckon the 'naturist families' had no children. Thanks.
Despite the amount of "family-friendly" nudist resorts and naturist clubs in the U.S., there are far fewer that really have a critical presence of naturist families and children.
It is sad, but it seems as though naturist clubs that were once populated by families and youngsters, you are now lucky if you find one or two "token" nudist youngsters there. Anybody who has visited nudist resorts during the 70's, 80's and 90's has probably discovered this change.
And I don't mean they merely write "Kids are welcome" on their website.
Rock Lodge has always organized special nudist family occasions during the summer, it has two playground areas and offers communal toys at the sand and game places. They truly make a conscious attempt to appeal to naturist families with young kids.
Growing up during the 90's, I seen a rapid decline in the number of kids at RL. By the time I was 12, I had one best friend my age and 1-2 other girls to hang out with, depending on who was around.
My younger brother stopped visiting our naturist club completely because there were no longer any young lads around his age.

But whether there are 5 children or 20 children, I still recommend RL as they are actually an excellent location for young families.
But what is to account for this particular change in the demographic at nudist resorts and naturist clubs? My best guess is that it's due to a deficiency of marketing. It's the identical motive clubs aren't enticing young adult naturists. They're not adapting to the 21st century and using today's tools to bring in new people.
This lack of online presence is an important problem and unfortunately, many naturist companies are likely to go under unless they change their MO.
In addition, there may also be some clubs that determined to become more swinger-oriented, or couples-only, or determined to simply cater to empty-nesters only.
Whatever the cause, I believe the nudist community needs to be more pro active in bringing in more naturist families and children again. There is no motive naturist clubs and resorts should not be filled with them! It is a disgrace to see them disappear from nudist areas and finally, it is a hindrance to the growth of the naturist movement as a whole.
One of the most pervasive and harmful myths about naturism in the U.S. is that it is not "family-friendly" and that nudity is bad for children. This myth has no basis in reality, and studies on the matter have actually found that simple nudity is advantageous to children.

As for the response to the question above, I urged seeing Rock Lodge, notably during holiday weekends and their particular family days. I have also seen quite several children at Empire Haven during the annual Northeast Naturist Festival (though I can't speak for the routine Empire Haven season, but I'm figuring there is not generally a lot of children.)
Large naturist events and festivals, given which they're child-friendly, are usually a good idea since they bring a lot of individuals.
Besides that, I'm kind of at a loss because of this area. At other clubs, I Have either seen only one or two children, or we were not there long enough to see the normal bunch.
What can you recommend, readers? Do you know any family friendly naturist resortwhere you've seen an important existence of families / children in the Midatlantic area? (I don't understand precisely where they reside, but the Midatlantic region can comprise New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, D.C., Virginia & West Virginia.)

myself. I am 26 years old and now living in
Aventura, Florida. I've been going bare since I was
17 or so. Besides nudism I also enjoy playing pool,
listening to all kinds of music (except country and
gangsta rap), working with computers, and speaking
about autos. Now I Will get into how I got started as a

When I was 18 a senior in high
school I was on the cross country team. We ran about
a mile or so from a nude beach (Blacks). Individuals joked
about running there, but no one actually did.
One day on a run by myself I ran
near there and decide to run to the nude beach. I
made it there and saw the nude people. At this point
I was curious regarding what it was like to be bare on
the plage, why these people did it. I ran to a sort
of isolated part of the plage (just a few individuals
around me and were not that close.) I took off my
shoes, socks, and t shirt.
I subsequently was relaxed and comfortable enough to say to
my self I need to get nude and see what it feels
like.
So off came my short pants and

As I sifted through more than three years of old photographs, I was shocked at my quite visceral response to them. But today, something made me look and when I did, I saw such unmistakable beauty present in this practice that I was previously unavailable to completely witness.
Naked yoga has been among the most amazing and self sustaining practices of my life. As a woman who holds space for this practice, naked yoga, more than anything else, has assisted me in going beyond the body image bullshit' that has collected throughout my life. This practice drops me into one-ness with my body, releasing the bully of the head the and the judgment of the ego. The naked yoga practice has been a constant in my life for the past three and a half years, a blooming perennial that continues to bloom, sustain and resurrect itself each year. Of course when I brought my movement to NYC, I was certain I was the first to trail blaze this movement. But unfortunately, I'm reminded there is no original work, as there were already a few naked yoga circles going in NYC. Another was located in Brooklyn, man run and man attended, but allowed girls. I find there are so many more layers I have to work through when I attend a clothed yoga course not merely layers of clothes but also of karma keeping me separate from the expertise, the group and the yoga.

Oregon Young Naturists Weekend at The Willamettans Nudist Club

Topfree at Go Topless - The parade continued its way to the end on Ocean Blvd where it came to your halt; little did the gawking crowd know the demonstration had actually only begun. A soap box was instantly rigged as a stage where our principal speaker, James Rich, shared with the public the reasons why us, girls, were celebrating this arbitrary revolutionary action of public display for topless freedom. There were several reporters present who recorded the event and held private interviews including a statement from me.
I was interviewed by Anna Almendrala, with the Huffington Post and was referenced in a article titled "Go Topless Day Protest at Venice Boardwalk (WARNING: NSFW)", an article that wasn't much in favoritism of what we were doing.
I ended up saying what my heart felt was essential as an expecting mother, seven months pregnant, that was slightly misinterpreted in the photo caption, "I am told that I Will need certainly to breastfeed at a restroom if it comes down to it, in some areas," she says. Ralph continues: "I don't want to have to take my child into a filthy restroom when it is more of a dining room situation. You don't bring your own food into the toilet, so why should a child have to feed in the restroom?"
